Job Description: Graphic Designer
Location: Beaverton, Oregon (Hybrid. Onsite Monday–Thursday and can work remotely from home on Fridays)
Role OverviewWe are seeking a Graphic Designer for a contract position. This role will contribute to two primary areas: uniform design and general apparel graphics, with the latter being the first priority. The successful candidate will work with the basketball team, balancing multiple projects in an environment that can be ambiguous.
Responsibilities- Develop and execute designs for general apparel graphics and team uniforms.
- Utilize typography and illustration skills to create compelling graphics for apparel.
- Collaborate with teams and work directly with a diverse range of consumers and athletes.
- Manage and balance multiple design projects simultaneously.
- Incorporate feedback effectively to refine designs.
- Experience: A minimum of five years of relevant design work experience is required.
- Skills: Proficiency with typography, strong illustration skills, and a solid understanding of apparel graphics.
- Experience working directly with diverse consumers and athletes.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to ambiguity.
- A portfolio must be provided for review.
A high degree of proficiency in design software is required, including the Adobe Creative Suite and AI. Experience with 3D tools is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications- A Bachelor's degree is highly preferred.
- Previous experience with our organization is highly preferred.
- A strong connection to sports culture.
