Lead footwear product development initiatives for Nike Basketball projects to drive performance and process excellence;
Convert project briefs and 2D design tech packs into physical footwear samples meeting athlete, consumer, and business needs;
Coordinate cross-functionally with product creation teams and senior leaders to ensure timely delivery and alignment with design intent, performance, and costing goals;
Ensure production planning, forecasting, and scheduling considerations are integrated into the development process;
Communicate clearly and influence stakeholders across diverse teams and cultures to deliver product excellence
