Apparel Product Designer 3

We are seeking a talented and experienced Apparel Product Designer 3 to join our team in Beaverton, OR. This role focuses on the design and development of innovative apparel products that align with our design philosophy and standards.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a product design role, specifically in apparel.
• Expertise in Adobe Illustrator.
• Hands-on experience in apparel product design.
• Familiarity with sewing, construction, and fabric knowledge.
• Experience in tech pack creation.
• Prior work experience in the sportswear industry is highly preferred.
• Experience with women's wear, specifically in style and streetwear.
• Proficiency in Photoshop, Vizcom, CLO.
• Experience with styling is a plus.

• Create original and innovative apparel designs that inspire targeted consumers.
• Follow the execution of all product details including construction, color, form, style, and fit performance.
• Work collaboratively with design leadership and category team members to ensure feasibility of designs, meeting price points, and product creation timelines.
• Communicate and present design concepts to internal and external audiences.
• Support the team in the fleece program, focusing on novelty fleece designs.
• Collaborate with approximately 10 other apparel designers and 5 others on the product team.

• On-site role with a 4/1 hybrid schedule.
• Contract position to help cover FTE leave, running approximately 6 months from start date.
