We are seeking a visionary Senior Designer to join a dynamic team, where your creativity and expertise will directly influence how consumers interact with the brand. As a Senior Designer, you will be instrumental in crafting immersive and innovative retail environments and fixture designs. You will leverage your advanced design skills to develop original 3D retail solutions, ensuring every concept reflects a distinct design ethos, supports business objectives, and significantly enhances the consumer journey. This role offers the chance to lead and guide design execution, tackle technically challenging projects independently, and collaborate within a passionate retail design team.

• Collaborate in the development of innovative and original retail environments and fixture designs.
• Create original 3D retail design solutions that enhance the consumer retail experience.
• Elevate brand design experiences through compelling storytelling using 3D design.
• Design with clear ideation, meticulously considering color, texture, spacing, scale, and environmental elements.
• Constantly seek new and innovative ways to design for an evolving consumer experience.
• Work collaboratively across various cross-functional teams.
• Articulately communicate design intent and impact to leadership, developing presentation materials that effectively convey vision and goals.
• Lead and guide teams to ensure flawless design executions.
• Independently complete the most technically challenging individual design projects.

• Bachelor's degree in Architectural, Interior, or Environmental Design.
• 8+ years of Architectural design, Interior, and Environmental Design experience, with a demonstrated ability to apply these skills to elevate brand excellence.
• An up-to-date portfolio for review.
• In-depth knowledge of and sensitivity to trends influencing design in general, and the retail industry specifically.
• Comfort communicating and presenting design concepts to all levels of management.
• High level of expertise using design or CAD software/technology, including Sketch Up, AutoCAD, and Adobe Suite, with the ability to manage electronic files and libraries for use by multiple parties.
• Proven ability to perform and apply design skills, including architectural design, space planning, visual presentation development and layout, proportion, and scale.
• Experience working collaboratively and leading team projects.
• Ability to manage a dynamic set of multiple work priorities, demands, and changes.

• Retail design industry/environments and fixture design experience.
• Experience in sports apparel or shoe brand retail design.
