Sr. Designer - Story Design

Compensation: $59.00 - $63.00/hr Are you a visionary Senior Designer who thrives on expanding the possibilities of immersive environments? We are looking for a hands-on creative leader to develop consumer-led retail concepts and drive the evolution of physical and digital retail spaces for an iconic global athletic brand. In this role, you will lead the charge in crafting non-seasonal retail storytelling across a global store portfolio, using emerging technology, environmental graphics, and strategic design to elevate the consumer experience.

Responsibilities:

Drive Retail Storytelling:
Create, refine, and evolve non-seasonal retail storytelling across the full portfolio of retail stores.

Hands-on Execution:
Build creative direction for design development, establish implementation standards, and directly produce project production files to ensure physical execution meets the highest creative intent.

Collaborative Concepting:
Work alongside internal and external design partners-under the direction of a Design Director-to realize innovative retail environments, displays, and digital solutions.

Presentation & Communication:
Communicate and present creative concepts effectively, producing high-quality presentation materials for senior creative leadership.

Cross-Disciplinary Integration:
Fuse Environmental Graphic Design, Materials, and Digital touchpoints into cohesive, immersive spaces.

Foster Team Excellence:
Maintain a high standard for craft and sport culture while championing an inclusive, positive, and entrepreneurial team environment.

Qualifications:

Experience:

8+ years of brand design experience demonstrating high-level creative sophistication in visual communications and concepts.

Industry Focus:
Proven experience designing for retail environments, retail concepts, and immersive consumer programs is required.

Education:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Graphic Design, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).Core Technical

Skills:

Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Keynote, and Sketch Up. Bonus Technical

Skills:

Familiarity with After Effects, Premiere, Miro, Figma, or Unreal Engine is a plus.

Design Skillsets:
Proficiency across 2D design, art direction, storyboarding, graphic design, environmental design, furniture design, print, and interactive design.

Portfolio:
An active online portfolio showcasing hands-on design, ideation, and spatial concept development is required for review. Opportunity
