Apparel Pattern Designer
Join a dynamic team where creativity meets purpose. We are looking for a talented individual to contribute to a special project for the SPRINT 28 season kick-off. You will work with other Apparel Designers to revise past seasonal works and introduce fresh ideas to the collections.

Salary Range: $75-80
RequiredSkills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Apparel/Fashion Design or related design field or equivalent combination of relevant education, experience, and training.
- 5 years of relevant work experience in a design environment working with materials, trims, design, and fit.
- Outstanding ability to apply and perform foundational design skills, including drawing/sketching and illustrations across analog and digital platforms. 3D experience is a plus.
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, concept ideation, color theory, and strong presentation skills.
- Comprehensive understanding of materials, color, and fit standards.
- Prior work experience in the apparel industry, especially in lifestyle apparel creation.
- Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.
- Execute against a defined creative vision for brand collaborations, partnerships, and seasonal concepts.
- Drive design development on assigned projects, ensuring storytelling, materials, and details align to the intended narrative.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Design, Development, Merchandising, Marketing, and external partners.
- Support collaboration and innovation initiatives by exploring new materials, silhouettes, graphics, and construction approaches.
- Present work clearly and confidently to internal stakeholders, articulating design rationale, cultural insight, and execution choices.
- Work in a creative and collaborative environment that values originality and self-expression.
