Apparel Designer

Aquent Talent seeks an Apparel Designer to create innovative, production-ready apparel for diverse clients. In this role, you'll translate trends and briefs into sketches, CADs, and detailed tech packs, researching fabrics, trims, and fits to ensure quality and brand alignment. You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional and client teams, manage multiple projects, and support the full design lifecycle from concept through handoff.

Responsibilities

• Design innovative apparel concepts from brief to final tech pack
• Research trends, fabrics, trims, and competitor products to inform designs
• Create sketches, CADs, and detailed specifications for production-ready garments
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product, to align designs with brand goals
• Refine designs based on feedback, fit sessions, and performance data
• Partner with vendors and manufacturers to ensure quality, cost, and timelines are met
• Maintain organized design libraries, style archives, and documentation
• Support multiple client projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
