- Deliver high-visibility design concepts for Men's and Women's Branded & Signature basketball apparel while continuing current work in flight and kicking off future seasonal collections.
- Collaborate daily with an immediate design team (apparel, graphic, color) and cross-functional partners (Product Management, Technical Developers, Materials/Trim Developers, and Sourcing).
- Conduct in-depth research on fashion, design, basketball, and sport culture to translate trend and athlete insights into functional, style-led products.
- Participate in creative strategy brainstorms, design reviews, and cross-functional alignment meetings.
- Execute thorough, detail-oriented design assets and leverage digital platforms to communicate design vision.
- Utilize and continuously upskill in tools like 3D rendering (CLO, Vizcom) and physical prototyping.
- 8+ years of relevant product and apparel design experience working with materials, trims, design, and fit.
- Advanced expertise in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop.
- Familiarity with or experience using 3D rendering software (CLO, Vizcom) and visual collaboration tools (Miro).
- Strong background in both Men's and Women's performance apparel design, fit, and material execution.
- Exceptional visual, verbal, and presentation skills with proven success communicating across cross-functional teams.
- Portfolio required with submission, demonstrating insight-driven design, narrative development, and polished execution.
- Bachelor's Degree in Apparel/Fashion Design or equivalent combination of education, experience, and training preferred.
