Hiring Program Leaders & Drivers for After school Programing!

The Tualatin Hills Park & Recreation District (THPRD) is seeking After school Program Leaders and Program Drivers for the THRIVE after school program, serving students in the Beaverton School District.
Mission- Support and challenge students physically, mentally, and socially

- Provide opportunities for kids to have fun, learn, and express themselves through a variety of activities in a safe environment
THPRD believes that children benefit from friendly, supportive interactions with both peers and instructors. The THRIVE program strives to offer a fun and educational space where children can explore talents and recognize their value as individuals and as part of a community.
Locations- Cedar Hills Recreation Center
- Conestoga Recreation & Aquatic Center
- Garden Home Recreation Center (and Chehalem Elementary)
- Tualatin Hills Athletic Center
Flexible hours are available throughout the week.
Responsibilities- Assisting in the coordination, instruction, supervision, and leadership of enrichment activities
- Creating a welcoming, inclusive program environment that supports participant satisfaction
- Ensuring participant safety and providing basic first aid if needed
THRIVE Program classifications include Part-Time Variable (PT). THPRD is hiring for multiple roles with hours varying based on program needs.
- Part-Time Variable (PT): Employees generally work no more than 1,560 hours annually.
