Qualifications:

• Hold an active BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) certification
• Licensed and eligible to work in a school-based environment
• Previous experience in school-based or pediatric settings is preferred
• Strong ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) for students with diverse needs
• Design and implement effective Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) tailored to individual student goals
• Serve as a consultant and coach to teachers, paraprofessionals, and school teams, fostering positive behavioral supports
• Monitor student progress, maintain thorough data analysis, and ensure accurate documentation
• Collaborate closely with IEP teams and actively participate in meetings to support student growth
