This full-time, contract opportunity offers the chance to support elementary, middle, and high school students by delivering assessments, evaluations, and tailored recommendations within an educational environment. You'll collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams, ensuring the academic and emotional well-being of each student you serve.

Qualifications:
  • Current and valid School Psychologist license in Oregon
  • Certification for work in elementary, middle, and high school settings
  • Experience conducting comprehensive psychological evaluations and assessments
  • Ability to work effectively across K-12 caseloads, adapting approaches for various age groups and learning needs
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for collaborative work with students, teachers, and families
  • Commitment to ethical and evidence-based practices in a school setting
Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform psychological, behavioral, and academic assessments for students across grade levels
  • Interpret evaluation results and provide actionable recommendations for individualized education plans (IEPs) and interventions
  • Collaborate with school staff, caregivers, and other professionals to develop strategies that enhance student learning and social-emotional growth
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with state and district guidelines
  • Support crisis intervention and prevention efforts within the school community
  • Participate in eligibility and problem-solving meetings, contributing your expertise to multidisciplinary teams
