Focus on sparking curiosity instead of grading-our classes are test-free and grade-free.
* Small Class Sizes:
Average of 12 learners per class, with a maximum of 16.
Class Format
* Classes are typically 1 hour per week, with some longer sessions for older learners.
* Sessions typically run Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays, between 9:30 am and 4:00 pm.
* Mixed-age classes
Compensation and Benefits
* Pay Rate: $25-$35 per class hour, plus prep time at a prep rate for each instructional hour.
* Benefits:
Paid time off, Oregon Saves retirement program, and tuition discounts for your children based on your teaching schedule.
