Manufacturing Systems Engineer - Apparel Product Integrity

Location:

Beaverton, Oregon (Onsite)

Role Overview

We are seeking a Manufacturing Systems Engineer focused on Apparel Product Integrity. This role supports United States garment factories by managing quality issues and implementing manufacturing excellence. The position is a one-year contract. The role requires up to 20% travel to visit garment factories across the United States.

Required Qualifications

Education:

A bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field is required.

Experience:

A minimum of 10+ years of experience in quality assurance roles within the garment industry is necessary.

Technical

Skills:

Candidates must have experience with quality issue management and proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

Experience with General Sewing Data (GSD) is also a requirement.

Preferred Qualifications

* Product development experience.

* Manufacturing excellence experience, such as a Process Engineer, Industrial Engineer, or in Data Analysis.

* Experience with external vendor or factory relations.

* Previous experience at a major garment brand.

* An advanced degree or certifications are preferred.

Compensation & Benefits

The pay rate for this position is between $50.00 and $56.66 per hour. A comprehensive benefits package is available to eligible employees.
