Lead the ideation and development of innovative polymer and soft-material concepts for footwear, from early research through application;
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product Development, Digital Innovation, Engineering, Manufacturing, Design, IP, Legal) and external suppliers to define standards and unlock new material capabilities;
Communicate complex material behavior clearly to diverse audiences and influence decision-making;
Work in an ambiguous environment with data-driven problem solving, progressing projects with moderate guidance;
Travel approximately 5% of the time as needed
