ShiftNights 2, Thu-Sat and alt Wed, 6pm-6am
Responsibilities- Thin films (CVD/PVD) process engineering support in a high-volume 24x7 manufacturing environment. This includes SPC process monitoring, responding to lot disposition from tool faults, identifying and addressing potential quality impact to products, and supporting engineering products including process development and tool qualification.
- Set up recipes on deposition/sputtering tools in Metals or CVD areas.
- Work closely with operators and provide training and support as needed.
- Review defect maps and SPC charts.
- Understand how to verify tool logs in all toolsets.
- Associate degree in a technical field or HS diploma with 3+ years of semiconductor process experience in Thin Films.
- Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation).
- Strong data mining and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and adapt to shifting priorities.
- Ability to work in a clean room for extended periods (12-hour shifts) in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be flexible for urgent technical support (occasionally off hours).
- Experience in thin films operation.
- Experience in hold lot disposition in any fab environment area.
- Understanding of semiconductor processes and equipment.
