Actalent seeks a leader for its R&D team to guide mechanical design efforts, creating 3D designs, detailed documentation, and functional prototypes while coordinating testing across high potential, mechanical operations, and heat rise evaluations.
Candidates should hold a BSME with 1–3+ years in design, be proficient in Solid Works and steel fabrication, and have exposure to weld symbols and DFx. Preference is given to those pursuing FE certification and PE licensure.
