• Lead and support financial reporting and month‑end close processes
• Analyze manufacturing costs, variances, and operational performance
• Partner with operations to improve cost controls and efficiency
• Develop and present financial insights to influence decision‑making
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning efforts

• 5+ years of accounting or finance experience
• Manufacturing industry experience required
• Strong background in cost accounting and operational finance
• Proven experience in reporting and data analysis
