Advanced Aesthetician

Prerequisites

• Current Advanced Esthetician License.
• Bilingual (Fluent in English and Spanish).

Le Spa Medical Spa is looking for an experienced, professional, and customer-focused Advanced Esthetician to join our growing team. We are seeking someone who is passionate about aesthetics, provides exceptional customer service, and enjoys helping clients achieve their skincare goals.

In addition to performing advanced aesthetic treatments, this position also includes assisting with front desk responsibilities and supporting the day-to-day operations of the spa.

• Perform advanced aesthetic treatments, including:
• Hydra Facial treatments
• Laser hair removal
• Chemical peels
• Microneedling
• Dermaplaning
• Advanced facials
• Skin consultations and customized treatment plans
• Other advanced aesthetic treatments within the scope of your license
• Educate clients on treatment options, skincare products, and post-treatment care.
• Recommend treatment plans and retail skincare products.
• Maintain accurate client records and treatment documentation.
• Ensure treatment rooms are clean, sanitized, stocked, and compliant with all health and safety standards.
• Deliver exceptional customer service while building long-term client relationships.

• Welcome and check in clients.
• Answer phone calls, text messages, and emails.
• Schedule and confirm appointments.
• Process payments and manage daily transactions.
• Assist with opening and closing duties. Qualifications Required
  • Current Advanced Esthetician License.
  • Bilingual (Fluent in English and Spanish).
  • Experience performing advanced aesthetic treatments.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  Preferred
  • Experience in a medical spa, plastic surgery, or dermatology office.
  • Experience with laser hair removal and advanced skincare procedures.
  • Sales experience and retail product knowledge.
