About the Role

You will deliver high‑quality behavioral healthcare in a hybrid model of telemedicine and in‑person visits.

• Fully licensed and credentialed in Oregon (LCSW, LPC, LMFT) preferred.
• Experienced in working with adults, children & adolescents, or across the lifespan.
• Must reside within commutable distance of the local clinic(s).

• Competitive compensation: $123,000–$141,000 per year, no cap.
