Access Community Care (ACC) is hiring compassionate, dependable individuals to support adults with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD) in the Beaverton, Tigard, and Hillsboro areas.

No experience? No problem. We provide paid training and ongoing support.

• Support individuals in achieving personal goals and greater independence.
• Assist with daily living activities, promoting dignity and choice.
• Provide transportation to appointments, errands, and community activities.
• Encourage participation in hobbies, recreation, and community events.
• Build positive relationships and provide emotional encouragement.
• Assist with budgeting and life skills development.
• Maintain accurate documentation, including daily notes and progress reports.
• Support individuals in a safe, healthy living environment.
• Advocate for individual rights and community inclusion.

• Full-time and part-time positions available.
• Day, evening, and weekend shifts may be available.
• Community-based/mobile work across the West Side Portland metro area.
• Hours based on participant needs.

• At least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to transport participants in personal vehicle.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Pass a background check.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer and documentation skills.
• Compassionate, patient, and dependable attitude.

No experience required. Successful DSPs typically come from backgrounds in caregiving, retail or customer service, education, behavioral health, CNA or healthcare support, hospitality or human services.
