Providence PACE in Beaverton, OR is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to support the Tanasbourne site. You will evaluate and develop PT plans of care within the Interdisciplinary Team, coordinating with outside providers, caregivers, and family members.
The PT functions across settings including the PACE center, participants’ homes, and various care facilities, with supervision of PTA and PT aide.
