* Graduate of an occupational therapy assistant program accredited by the American Occupational Therapy Association.
* Certified with the National Certification Examination of the American Occupational Therapy Association.
* Licensed Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant by the Oregon State Board
* Preferred 1-2 years of clinical experience as a COTA.
* Current BLS for Healthcare Professionals.
* Must be a licensed driver with a reliable automobile.
