Summary Of Role And Responsibilities

This position involves providing mental health services as a Licensed Professional Counselor, Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage Family Therapist. Key duties include conducting biopsychosocial assessments, diagnosing, and developing evidence-based treatment plans for patients with psychiatric and substance use disorders. The role requires delivering individual, group, and family psychotherapy using approaches such as cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, and dialectical behavioral therapy.

Collaboration with multidisciplinary teams and supporting patient safety through risk assessments and mitigation plans are essential. The position operates under clinical supervision towards licensure, emphasizing patient-centered care, reducing health disparities, and respecting patient autonomy.

• Master's degree in counseling, social work, or family therapy
