Job Summary:

The Physical Therapy Assistant will support patient rehabilitation by assisting with therapy plans and providing hands-on care under supervision. This role requires adherence to licensing and credentialing standards to ensure quality patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Assist licensed therapists in implementing treatment plans and therapeutic procedures.
• Monitor and document patient progress during therapy sessions.
• Maintain a safe and clean environment, ensuring proper use of equipment.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to coordinate patient care.
• Adhere to all licensing, credentialing, and documentation requirements.

Qualifications:

• Possess an active Physical Therapist Assistant license.
• Demonstrate experience in clinical physical therapy settings.

• Exhibit excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Be able to adhere to facility and equipment protocols.
