The Difference You Will Make
  • Provide direct care support by performing caregiving and med tech duties to meet staffing plan requirements
  • Manage the coordination of care for residents, including the dissemination of information to families, staff, physicians, and third‑party providers
  • Cover open shifts as needed, assisting residents with cleaning, bathing, dressing, eating, personal care, and hygiene
  • Communicate with other healthcare staff and department personnel; relay information concerning resident’s condition; maintain written records and documentation as required
  • Maintain communication with the residents, their families, support personnel, etc., to assure that the resident's needs are continually met
Qualifications
  • Compassionate, patient, and kind, with a heart for working with senior adults
  • Creativity, flexibility, time management skills, and a knowledge base of the geriatric population who may have complex medical needs
  • The ability to provide health services training to other employees of the Community, and to oversee the medication administration program
  • Experience in working with similar age demographics and experience in clinical oversight in a setting such as ours preferred
  • Proficient in English
