Morning Star Senior Management LLC is seeking compassionate Caregivers to support residents in our senior living community. In this role, you'll provide hands-on assistance with personal care, mobility, meals, and daily activities while building meaningful relationships with seniors. Monitor resident well-being, document care, and promptly report changes to nurses and leadership. Responsibilities

• Provide personal care including bathing, grooming, toileting, and dressing
• Assist residents with transfers, mobility, and use of assistive devices
• Support daily living activities, social engagement, and companionship
• Monitor and report changes in resident condition to nurses and supervisors
• Offer meal setup, feeding assistance, and hydration support
• Follow care plans, safety protocols, and infection control procedures
• Document care and observations accurately and promptly
• Assist residents with medication reminders per policy and supervision
• Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent, high-quality care
