Compensation
- Top compensation can exceed $395,000 - $451,000/year, no cap
- Compensation model based on productivity

Requirements
- Fully licensed or pursuing license in Oregon, BE/BC, unencumbered DEA

- Preferably would reside within commutable distance of local clinic(s)
