Role:
Travel Home Health Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) responsible for supporting patients recovering from injuries or illness under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.
Key Responsibilities- Provide therapy services to enhance patient mobility, recovery, and well-being.
- Work in home health settings within designated coverage areas.
- Assist with patient assessments and implement treatment plans.
- Travel between patient locations, with mileage reimbursement.
- Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- Active State PTA license and Oregon PTA license.
- Home health experience required.
- CPR and BLS certifications (may be required).
- Strong communication and patient care skills.
- Deliver therapy services Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM.
- Support patient recovery in Multnomah and Clackamas counties.
