Hospitality Attendant

ARAMARK is seeking a Hospitality Attendant to deliver exceptional guest service in our accommodation and food service operations. You will warmly welcome guests, assist with food and beverage service, maintain clean and well-stocked areas, and respond promptly to requests. Following safety, sanitation, and company standards, you'll support a positive, inclusive environment and collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist guests with a friendly, professional attitude
• Support food and beverage service, including basic preparation and replenishment
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining, service, and guest areas
• Follow safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards and procedures
• Operate POS systems and handle basic cash or card transactions when needed
• Monitor stock levels and restock supplies and service stations
• Respond promptly to guest requests and help resolve minor issues
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to support smooth operations
