If you’re someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys building scalable HR programs, and isn’t afraid to jump into operational work when needed, we’d love to connect.
What You’ll Be Doing- Lead and develop a high‑performing HR team, including People Business Partners and HRIS
- Serve as a strategic business partner to senior leadership across multiple locations
- Drive employee relations, leadership coaching, and performance management initiatives
- Develop and improve HR policies, programs, and processes that support organizational growth

- Balance long‑term strategic planning with hands‑on execution
- Previous Director of HR/People experience or an accomplished Senior HR Manager ready for the next step
- Strong employee relations and business partnership experience
- Proven ability to lead through growth and organizational change
- Hands‑on leadership style with a willingness to own both strategy and execution
- Experience building and improving HR processes and programs
- Strong knowledge of employment law, compliance, and HR best practices
- Bachelor’s degree required;
Master’s degree a plus - PHR, SPHR, SHRM‑CP, or SHRM‑SCP certification preferred
- Executive‑level leadership opportunity with significant organizational impact
- Opportunity to shape the future of a growing organization
- Long‑term career growth with an established and well‑respected employer
- Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) match, generous PTO, wellness programs, professional development, and more
If you’re looking for a leadership role where you can truly influence culture while staying connected to the day‑to‑day work that drives results, we’d love to hear from you.
