Role Overview

The Senior Leave & Accommodations Global Process Delivery Analyst will be part of the Global Process Delivery team within People Solutions, responsible for supporting employees through Leave of Absence and Accommodations under the ADAAA. They will partner closely with various teams to deliver seamless employee lifecycle experiences across the enterprise.

The successful candidate will support and sustain leave of absence and accommodation processes, manage complex cases, apply expert knowledge of federal leave and disability accommodation requirements, and communicate with employees, managers, and stakeholders to resolve complex leave and accommodation issues.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 5+ years of progressive Human Resources experience, including 5+ years supporting complex leave of absence and workplace accommodation programs
  • CLMS, CPDM, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR, or similar professional certification preferred
  • Proven experience interpreting and applying federal leave and accommodation requirements, including FMLA, ADA/ADAAA, PWFA, USERRA, and state paid family and medical leave programs
  • Experience managing complex and escalated employee situations requiring judgment, risk assessment, and cross-functional coordination
  • Experience identifying operational gaps, developing business requirements, creating standard operating procedures, and implementing process improvements that improve compliance, efficiency, or employee experience
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience using data, trends, audits, and case insights to identify root causes and drive operational improvements
  • Experience working with HRIS and case management platforms such as Workday, Service Now, or similar systems
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex leave and accommodation concepts to diverse audiences
