Portfolio Manager

We are seeking a Portfolio Management to lead a portfolio of finance programs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and strategies. This role requires a mix of strategic leadership and hands-on execution
, working across cross-functional teams to drive successful program delivery and measurable business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a portfolio of programs to align with business strategy.
• Provide hands-on project management support and deliverables for select programs.
• Partner with stakeholders across Finance, Transformation, and Change teams to ensure collaboration and impact.
• Assess and report on cross-program impacts
  , building and maintaining an evergreen impact matrix.
• Define success metrics
  , track progress, and report measurable outcomes.
• Drive effective stakeholder engagement and serve as a trusted advisor across teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field, or equivalent experience.
• 2–4+ years of experience in program/portfolio management
  , with a proven track record of execution and delivery.
• Experience in process improvement and adoption of new technologies
  .
• Strong ability to lead cross-functional teams
  .
• Excellent communication
  , collaboration
  , and executive stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to deal with ambiguity and make strong decisions
  .
• Analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to design and implement solutions.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with AI adoption in the workplace (
  Microsoft Co-Pilot experience a plus).
• Prior experience in finance program management
  .
• Familiarity with Smartsheet and/or Airtable
  .

Nice to Have

• Previous experience within large enterprise environments

• Familiarity with transformation and change management initiatives
