Business Analyst

Title: Business Analyst 3

Pay: $45.00 - $50.00

Hours: Monday–Friday; 8AM–5PM

Location: Beaverton, OR 97006 or St. Charles, MO 63304

(Hybrid – Fridays remote)

6 month contract

This role supports the AIRMI business within Nike’s Supply & Demand Planning organization. The Business Analyst will drive data visualization, analytics, and planning insights that enable better decision-making across supply chain, manufacturing, and logistics functions. The position is project-based and backfills sabbatical leave, with flexibility to work onsite in either Oregon or Missouri.

• Build and maintain scalable Power BI dashboards and visualization tools to support planning decisions.
• Analyze large data sets to identify trends, risks, and opportunities related to product availability, sustainability, and profitability.
• Partner with planning, operations, logistics, costing, and manufacturing teams to improve processes and planning outcomes.
• Leverage SAP ECC/IBP and advanced analytics tools to enhance forecasting, demand planning, and supply planning insights.
• Support cross-functional initiatives with clear data storytelling and stakeholder communication.
• Develop and maintain planning tools and resources that enable faster and more accurate decision-making.
• Utilize AI tools where applicable to optimize data analysis and reporting workflows.
• Operate effectively in ambiguous, fast-paced environments while maintaining strong attention to detail.

• Expert-level Power BI (DAX required – must-have).
• Hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Working knowledge of SAP ECC and IBP.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with data storytelling ability.
• Experience analyzing large datasets and translating insights for leadership.
• Collaborative, cross-functional working style.
• AI tools experience (preferred).
• SQL experience (preferred).
• Power BI and/or Azure certification (preferred).

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Analytics, Business, or related field (required).
