Technical Program Manager (TPM) | Global Technology & Operations
We’re hiring a Technical Program Manager (TPM) to support a major enterprise client. If you have 5+ years of experience leading cross‑functional technical programs, especially those involving engineering, product, cloud platforms, and agile execution, this is a great opportunity to drive high‑impact initiatives within a fast‑paced, innovative environment.
What You’ll Do:- Lead end-to-end delivery of complex technical programs that span engineering, product, design, and operations
- Align stakeholders on scope, milestones, dependencies, risks, and success metrics
- Translate business goals into program plans, execution roadmaps, and cross-team workflows
- Partner with engineering teams on feasibility, sequencing, and trade‑off decisions
- Drive agile planning, prioritization, sprint execution, and continuous improvement
- Create program documentation, dashboards, and reporting used by executive leadership
- Surface risks early and propose actionable mitigation strategies
- Facilitate steering committee updates, governance forums, and executive readouts
- Manage budgets, resources, and vendor partnerships
- Ensure compliance with security standards, organizational policies, and regulatory requirements
- Monitor KPIs, operational metrics, and delivery performance through tools like Azure Dev Ops and Power BI
- 5+ years of experience in technical program management, product operations, or engineering leadership
- Strong technical fluency in cloud, APIs, integrations, and data platforms (coding not required)
- Deep experience coordinating cross‑functional teams across multiple time zones
- Excellent communication skills — especially in simplifying complex updates for executives
- Proven ability to lead programs in fast-moving, ambiguous environments
- Expertise with Agile/Scrum methodologies, backlog planning, and iterative delivery
- Strong judgment in risk management, problem-solving, and stakeholder alignment
- Experience with KPIs, reporting dashboards, and data-driven decision-making
- Comfortable working in the Microsoft ecosystem:
Azure Dev Ops, Power BI, SharePoint, Teams, and O365 - PMP, CSM, or similar certifications (strongly preferred)
