We are looking for an IT Help Desk Technician II to join our team of IT professionals. In this role, you’ll play a key part in delivering top-tier support, troubleshooting complex technical issues, and ensuring our clients' systems run smoothly.
What You’llDo- Monitor and respond to service tickets promptly and effectively.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to workstations, servers, and networks.
- Provide remote and on-site IT support and assist clients with technical inquiries.
- Document all communication and steps taken in the service ticket for future reference.
- Proactive management of client infrastructure.
- Proven experience in troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
- Advanced knowledge of Windows devices is required. Mac experience is a plus!
- Proficiency in administering Microsoft
365, Active Directory, and Google Workspace. - Experience in managing systems and servers, ensuring their stability, security, and optimal performance.
- Solid understanding of networking and virtualization (e.g., DHCP, DNS, VLAN).
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- CompTIA
Certifications:
A+, Network+, or Security+
- Full Time, permanent position
- Salary: $80,000-$90,000
