Job Description

The Technical Program Manager drives strategic initiatives and complex technical programs across engineering, product, design, and operations teams. This role requires strong executive communication skills, fluency in Agile practices, and technical knowledge of cloud platforms, APIs, and data environments.

This is not a project tracking role. The Technical Program Manager will coordinate people, priorities, dependencies, and execution to deliver measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead end to end execution of technical programs aligned with business objectives
  • Drive program planning, prioritization, and roadmap execution across multiple teams
  • Identify and mitigate risks while resolving cross functional dependencies
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, documentation, and executive level reporting
  • Provide updates to executive leadership and governance forums
  • Manage budgets, resource planning, and vendor coordination as needed
  • Ensure compliance with security, regulatory, and organizational standards
  • Track and report on KPIs and performance metrics
Required Qualifications Education
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field

OR

  • 5+ years of progressive program management experience in place of a degree
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in Technical Program Management, Product Operations, or Engineering
Leadership
  • Experience working in fast paced, high visibility environments
Technical and Professional Skills
  • Agile and Scrum methodologies
  • Program and Portfolio Management
  • Strategic Planning and Execution
  • Risk Management and Mitigation
  • Budget and Resource Planning
  • Microsoft ecosystem experience including Azure Dev Ops, Power BI, SharePoint, Teams, and Office 365
  • Strong communication skills and executive presence
