The Role

We are looking for an IT Help Desk Technician II to join our team of IT professionals. In this role, you’ll play a key part in delivering top-tier support, troubleshooting complex technical issues, and ensuring our clients' systems run smoothly.

What You’llDo
  • Monitor and respond to service tickets promptly and effectively.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to workstations, servers, and networks.
  • Provide remote and on-site IT support and assist clients with technical inquiries.
  • Document all communication and steps taken in the service ticket for future reference.
  • Proactive management of client infrastructure.
What We’re Looking For
  • Proven experience in troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
  • Advanced knowledge of Windows devices is required. Mac experience is a plus!
  • Proficiency in administering Microsoft
    365, Active Directory, and Google Workspace.
  • Experience in managing systems and servers, ensuring their stability, security, and optimal performance.
  • Solid understanding of networking and virtualization (e.g., DHCP, DNS, VLAN).
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Competencies
  • CompTIA

    Certifications:

    A+, Network+, or Security+
