Analytics and Performance Management Director, Product Supply Chain

We are responsible for leveraging predictive and prescriptive analytics to enhance decision making and drive to action against our strategic priorities, elevating the function of our supply chain and manufacturing network within Nike.

Nike’s Supply Chain team ensures that every year 1.4 billion pieces of footwear, apparel, and equipment arrive at the right destination on time. That’s no easy task. The complex process involves more than 70 distribution centers, a network of thousands of accounts, and more than 100,000 retail stores around the world. Supply Chain analytics professionals constantly push for ways to make Nike’s supply chain faster, more efficient and more responsive to Nike’s always-changing consumer needs.

We are seeking an experienced, visionary Analytics leader - someone who can architect data-driven strategies, leverage predictive and prescriptive models, and harness cutting-edge AI technologies to unlock actionable insights.

If so, then you are a great candidate to lead our Analytics and Performance Management, Product Supply Chain team with the following responsibilities
:

  • Translate complex data into clear insights, inspire cross-functional teams, and drive change that creates measurable financial impact.
  • Partner with Global Sourcing teams, collaborating with senior leaders to enhance operational efficiency and resilience.
  • Lead a high-performing analytics and performance management team, fostering a culture of innovation and professional skill development to deliver strategic projects.
  • Direct the analytics strategy for global networks, enabling consistent metrics and standardized reporting through tools like Data Bricks, Tableau and Power BI.
  • Shape how the organization plans and delivers products by leading data-driven initiatives that align manufacturing capacity with global demand.
  • Drive cross-functional analytics initiatives that integrate supply chain strategy with financial goals and organizational planning.
  • Act as a technical mentor to guide the development of prototype and scalable analytical models while maintaining a focus on high-level people management.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships within a matrixed environment to ensure alignment and transparency across technology and business teams.
  • Create scalable reporting frameworks and self-service data solutions that empower stakeholders to make informed, data-driven decisions.
  • Communicate strategic insights and technical recommendations to senior leadership to drive substantial operational savings and impact.
Qualifications

Requirements for this position include:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business, Analytics, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • 10+ years of relevant experience in analytics, data science, or business intelligence, with at least 3 years in a people leadership role.
  • Proven track record of managing and developing analytics teams.
  • Strong quantitative and analytics background, including experience in data engineering, statistical modeling, optimization, and visualization.
