About the Role

We’re looking for a strategic and results-driven Transition Manager Lead to drive global planning transformation initiatives. This role is focused on change management, process design, and capability deployment
—not day-to-day planning.

You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams across Supply Chain, Technology, and Analytics to deliver enterprise solutions and drive adoption of new tools and processes.

• Lead end-to-end deployment of global planning capabilities
• Drive change management and user adoption strategies
• Design and implement business processes (SOPs, RACI, workflows)
• Develop and deliver training, UAT support, and playbooks
• Partner with stakeholders across Supply Chain, Tech & Planning teams
• Track adoption, business impact, and ROI
• Ensure successful rollout and sustainment of new capabilities

• 7+ years of experience in Supply Chain / Planning / Transformation
• Strong experience in program management & change management
• Proven track record of process design & capability deployment
• Experience working in fast-paced, global environments
• Experience with planning tools (SAP, Kinaxis, Anaplan, etc.)
• Background in retail / CPG / large enterprise environments
