IT Support, Systems Administrator, IT Project Manager
Location:
Beaverton, OR or Raleigh, NC
This role is responsible for day-to-day administration, platform stability, and continuous improvement of Service Now modules to support IT and business operations.
Responsibilities- Administer and maintain the Service Now platform, ensuring high availability and performance
- Configure and manage workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and forms
- Manage users, roles, groups, and access controls
- Support and enhance ITSM, ITOM, and VR modules
- Perform upgrades, patches, and platform releases, including testing and validation
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues
- Maintain documentation for configurations, processes, and procedures
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and implement solutions
- Ensure platform compliance with security and governance standards
- Provide Tier 2/3 support and training for end users as needed
- 3+ years of hands‑on Service Now administration experience
- Strong understanding of Service Now ITSM, ITOM, and VR processes
- Experience with scripting (JavaScript, Power Shell, Python)
- Knowledge of CMDB and service mapping concepts
- Experience with Service Now upgrades and release management
- Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills
- Service Now Certified System Administrator (CSA)
- Experience integrating Service Now with external systems
- Familiarity with Agile or ITIL frameworks (ITIL certification a plus)
