Location:

Beaverton, OR or Raleigh, NCWe are seeking a skilled
** Service Now Administrator
** to manage, configure, and optimize our Service Now platform. This role is responsible for day-to-day administration, platform stability, and continuous improvement of Service Now modules to support IT and business operations.
** Key Responsibilities
*** Administer and maintain the Service Now platform, ensuring high availability and performance
* Configure and manage workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and forms
* Manage users, roles, groups, and access controls
* Support and enhance ITSM, ITOM, and VR modules
* Perform upgrades, patches, and platform releases, including testing and validation
* Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues
* Maintain documentation for configurations, processes, and procedures
* Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and implement solutions
* Ensure platform compliance with security and governance standards
* Provide Tier 2/3 support and training for end users as needed
** Required Qualifications
*** 3+ years of hands-on Service Now administration experience
* Strong understanding of Service Now ITSM, ITOM, and VR processes
* Experience with scripting (JavaScript, Power Shell, Python)
* Knowledge of CMDB and service mapping concepts
* Experience with Service Now upgrades and release management
* Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
** Preferred Qualifications
*** Service Now Certified System Administrator (CSA)
* Experience integrating Service Now with external systems
* Familiarity with Agile or ITIL frameworks (ITIL certification a plus)#LI-JW2
