Repair Technician

The Beaverton, Oregon location is hiring 1 Repair Technician to help with the Return Management department.

• Testing and repairing Laptops and Desktops
• Identifying hardware-related issues and replacing defective components when needed
• Disassembling and reassembling computers and related devices
• Assisting with product inspection, testing, and functional verification
• Any other tasks/projects assigned by the immediate supervisor.

• Able to lift up to 50 lbs
• Detail-oriented, careful, and responsible with hands-on tasks
• Basic knowledge of PC hardware and computer components
• Some experience with PC assembly/disassembly preferred
• Willing to learn repair and diagnostic skills
• Able to follow processes and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
