• Prior experience working within a managed services provider (MSP) environment is required, along with 5-6 years of hands‑on technical support background
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft 365 Enterprise platforms, Azure cloud fundamentals, Windows Server environments, and Group Policy creation and deployment
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate and manage IT projects end‑to‑end, including reviewing statements of work, refining project plans, and delegating tasks to engineering resources
• Hands‑on experience with cloud migration initiatives (e.g., transitioning from on‑premises infrastructure to Azure or between cloud platforms), including familiarity with migration utilities such as Sky Kick or Exchange migration tools
• Outstanding communication skills with a proven track record of leading technical projects rather than simply assisting or shadowing on them

• Oversee and maintain project timelines, budgets, and resource plans for technical engagements, ensuring deliverables are completed on schedule and within scope
• Coordinate and lead client deployment initiatives by managing both internal engineering teams and third‑party resources, while clearly communicating priorities and change management approaches to all stakeholders
• Build and document standardized processes for technical migrations—including server transitions, cloud service rollouts, and system implementations—while managing client expectations throughout each phase
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings, capture critical decisions and action items, and prepare clear technical documentation and presentations to keep all parties aligned
• Evaluate and analyze scopes of work and change requests for accuracy and feasibility, while proactively identifying risks and delivering practical solutions to technical obstacles
• Partner with account managers, sales engineers, and project engineers to ensure technical objectives and deadlines are consistently met, and contribute to ongoing refinement of project management practices
