Previous Client experience is not required, but highly preferred

In Global Promo Apparel, we win as a team and pride ourselves on being on the cutting edge of product creation for our athletes and teams. As the PLM II for , s and , s Olympics/TEAM, you will work with product Line managers, designers, developers, and materials teammates to outfit our key elite athletes and teams. You will work primarly on creating product in our TEAM line, which creates gameday, training, and sideline apparel for our youth, high school, and collegiate athletes.

This role will require an entrepreneurial and hands on approach. It will encompass enterprise thinking and a growth mindset, as well as a creative approach to problem solving and collaboration.

  • Responsible for managing line plan systems across multiple categories (SFTBL, LAX, T&F, VB, M s/W s Essentials). Approximately 100 styles across genders.
  • Will manage visual line plans, prototypes, samples, and additional documentation for TEAM product line.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • We re looking for an PLM II with strong organizational, relationship building skills, and accountability. This individual will be responsible for creating and commercializing the TEAM Line Plan as well as other projects/products seasonally. This person will lead a cross functional team in delivering product briefs, athlete/consumer insight work, and apparel priorities into the product line. This individual will be an excellent communicator and will thrive in working both independently and with multiple teams.

    They will excel at relationships and process implementation.
  • The candidate should be authentic, accountable, and self-aware. They should be a strong contributor and have a passion for both Apparel, sport, and working with cross-functional teams. This individual will understand what it takes to drive a product, demonstrate intuition for business and have show flexibility and creativity in threir approach.

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON

  • If this is you, you ll be working in Global Sports Apparel with a dedicated product creation team consisting of Design, Technical Development, Planning, and Merchandising. You will lead this cross-functional team and will engage, daily, in product line management duties. You will also work with sports marketing and collegiate teams and athletes to shape product and deliver on their insights.
  • A typical day/week looks like line planning and system updates, product reviews, consumer/athlete inights, data analysis, and problem solving at a project level. Additional duties would include marketplace analysis, collaboration with other product line management counterparts, and wear testing coordination.
  • You will work closely with the business, including merchandise and marketplace partners, and will have a distinctive eye for product. Your ability to manage product, margins, seasonal flow, and delivery readiness will define success in this role.

You will be the voice of product management at key checkpoint meetings, including product presentations and athlete interaction moments. WHAT YOU BRING

  • Bachelor's degree or higher, or combination of relevant education, experience and training
