Lead end-to-end lifecycle management for Nike’s global assets—procurement, deployment, support, reclamation, and disposal.;
Maintain accurate asset data within Service Now HAM Pro, Service Now SAM Pro and the CMDB ensuring integrity, compliance, and reporting standards.;
Develop and enforce hardware asset management policies, standards, and processes aligned with ITIL and ISO standards.;
Partner with procurement, finance, service desk, and logistics teams to optimize asset utilization, reduce spend, and enable sustainability goals.;
Monitor KPIs to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
