Desired candidate profile:
Minimum required years of experience: 5-8 years of project management experience, ideally leading platforms and capability workflows.
Education requirements:
Bachelor and/or exp
Top must-have skills include the following:
Strong background in managing large-scale transitions and projects, with a track record of successfully implementing new capabilities
Experience working in highly nuanced workflows and experience with leadership stakeholders
Ability to speak tech but also translate to marketing teams that speak different lingo
Understanding in marketing,ops, and processes within marketing
Building solutions in Airtable

About The Role:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to drive the successful adoption and implementation of marketing tools as a key operational platform within Global Marketing organization. This role is responsible for leading large-scale transformation initiatives, aligning stakeholders, managing implementation roadmaps, and ensuring the solutions deliver measurable business value. The ideal candidate combines strong project and program management expertise with a solid understanding of broad marketing tool capabilities.
While not responsible for day-to-day configuration, this individual should be knowledgeable enough to review solution designs, provide strategic direction, and partner effectively with implementation leads who are responsible for technical configuration and platform development.
This role requires exceptional communication, collaboration, and change management skills, along with experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities:
Lead and oversee the implementation and adoption of projects across Global Marketing, ensuring alignment with business objectives, timelines, and stakeholder expectations.
Partner closely with implementation leads to prioritize work, review proposed configurations, and ensure solutions align with business needs and long-term scalability objectives.
Drive project governance, including scope management, risk mitigation, dependency tracking, milestone planning, and status reporting.
Own the end-to-end implementation process, coordinating activities across business, operations, technology, and external partners as needed.
Build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels, facilitating decision-making, managing change impacts, and securing alignment throughout implementation efforts.
Lead communication, training, and adoption strategies to ensure successful user onboarding and sustained platform utilization.
Monitor implementation outcomes, identify opportunities for process improvement, and drive continuous optimization of business workflows.
Serve as the primary point of contact for all assigned projects, ensuring transparency, accountability, and cross-functional coordination.
Requirements:
5-8 years of project management experience, ideally leading platforms and capability workflows.
Strong background in managing large-scale transitions and projects, with a track record of successfully implementing new capabilities
Experience communicating and collaborating across functions and departments to drive change.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to convey complex ideas to various audiences and translate business requirements to actionable objectives.
Familiarity with Airtable operational environment is highly preferred.
