Overview

Lead Supply Chain Operations Manager - Nike, Inc.

- Beaverton, OR

Develop and implement supply chain designs, models, strategies and processes; measure supply chain performance and use this information to enhance business results; develop and implement supply chain process improvement and innovation to enhance business performance and develop new capability; identify and recommend opportunities for improving efficiency/effectiveness of the supply chain and/or develop/innovate new capabilities within the supply chain; determine how new information technologies can support reengineering business processes and/or new capabilities;

and lead/own/participate in projects and/or programs that support the overall supply chain strategy. Telecommuting is available from anywhere in the U.S., except from AK, AL, AR, DE, HI, IA, , IN, KS, KY, LA, MT, ND, NE, NH, NM, NV, OH, OK, RI, SD, VT, WV, and WY.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement supply chain designs, models, strategies and processes to drive business results.
  • Measure supply chain performance and use insights to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Lead or participate in projects that support the overall supply chain strategy.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation within the supply chain and internal capabilities.
  • Determine how new information technologies can support reengineering of business processes.
  • Collaborate across functions to advance end-to-end supply chain initiatives.
Qualifications
  • Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or Political Science and 48 months of experience in the job offered or in a supply chain-related occupation.
  • Experience must include:
  • • Supply chain management focusing on strategy and operations
  • • Analyzing complex data sets and developing actionable insights
  • • Product manufacturing supply chain
  • • Managing annual corporate strategic review cycles
  • • Developing comprehensive supply chain strategies
  • • Analyzing market trends, industry benchmarks, and internal data
  • • End-to-end Product Management
  • • Processes, Analytical Tools, and Solutions
  • • Process Monitoring
  • • Performance KPIs
