Our client, a leading global sportswear company
, is seeking an Operations Coordinator 2.

Title: Operations Coordinator 2

Location: Beaverton, OR (Hybrid)

Duration: Approximately 6 months (08/03/2026 – 01/22/2027)

Pay Range: $26-31/hr. on W2

Job Description:
  • Support day-to-day operations for product donation programs through order management, logistics coordination, reporting, and cross-functional project support.
  • Partner with internal teams to manage donation requests, coordinate shipments, maintain accurate tracking and reporting, support product forecasting and kitting strategies, and ensure timely delivery of products. Work across multiple business functions to improve operational processes and maximize the impact of donation initiatives.
  • This role supports a fast-paced operations environment focused on logistics, product movement, reporting, and operational coordination. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities across cross-functional teams.
Job Functions:
  • Coordinate product donation requests, order management, and shipment tracking.
  • Support forecasting, product allocation, and kitting strategies with internal partners.
  • Process and manage orders through SAP/S4 while maintaining accurate operational data.
  • Track and report donation activity using internal systems and provide updates to business partners.
  • Communicate with recipients and cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution of donation programs.
  • Partner with Brand Design and other stakeholders to coordinate product bookings and shipments.
  • Maintain reports and documentation related to donation programs, logistics, and operations.
  • Identify process improvements and support operational initiatives as needed.
  • Ensure best practices are followed to maximize product utilization and program effectiveness.
  • Provide general project and operations support across the team.
Skills/Abilities:
  • Strong proficiency with SAP/S4, Excel, and Keynote
    .
  • Experience with logistics coordination, order management, and shipment tracking.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with Locker or Coupa is a plus.
Experience:
  • 2–4 years of professional experience in operations coordination, logistics, supply chain, project coordination, or a related field. A bachelor's degree is preferred but not required.
