Pay Range: $(35.21 – 37.00)/hr on W2 all-inclusive without benefits Hybrid:
Mon – Thurs onsite, Fri remote Role
Summary:
Job Purpose:
- On-site role at PHK; typical work hours, 4/1 hybrid schedule
- Contract will run ~2 years from start date
- Degree preferred, not a hard requirement
- 3+ years’ experience minimum in a planning (preferred) or operations role
- Flexibility in switching from strategic to tactical level of thinking
- High proficiency in Excel
- Interpersonal influence and education skills (highly cross functional)
- Ability to demonstrate good decision making in ambiguous situations
- Experience with Tableau, Cognos, SAP
- Manufacturing planning experience
- ETW will support seasonal delivery execution for a sports team
- Highly cross functional role; will work closely with product and merch teams, geo partners, sourcing and manufacturing partners, and more
- 2 rounds of interviews anticipated
- We are looking for an individual proficient in end-to-end supply chain to create and deliver reliable supply plans to serve our consumers while aligning to inventory objectives.
- The planner is consumer focused, process and KPI driven, and is comfortable leveraging data and advanced analytics to drive and influence cross-functional stakeholders with clear and compelling insights, options and recommendations.

- Your responsibilities will include supporting day-to-day management of our factory and supply chain operations and long range planning, working on initiatives to improve our supply planning capabilities and decision making, and playing an active role in creating a dynamic culture of respect and inclusion.
- This is the matrix:
You will engage and collaborate with global and geography product, merch, planning, analytics, sourcing and manufacturing teams essentially an end-to-end supply chain role to ensure supply is positioned for our most critical product and demand priorities. - You will partner with Tech and analytics teams to gain insights, build sustainable capabilities to improve the speed and quality of our decision making.
- Additionally, you will connect within our team to share and receive best practice insights as we relentlessly work to improve our operational excellence and contributions to fuel growth.
- Bachelors Degree or equivalent combination of proven experience, education and training in Supply Chain
- Excellent written, spoken and visual communication skills.
- Flexibility in switching from strategic to tactical and operational levels of thinking and working.
- Outstanding interpersonal, influencing and facilitation skills with the ability to work both cross-functionally and cross-culturally, specifically building positive relationships between key players and immediate team.
- High proficiency with Excel (pivot tables, formulas, macros).
- Tolerance for a sophisticated, ever-changing and dynamic work environment.
- Ability to demonstrate good decision making in ambiguous circumstances.
- Experience preferred with Tableau, Cognos, SSAS, MMX, SAP.
- Experiences preferred in supply/inventory planning and management, marketplace planning/buying, merchandising, demand planning, financial planning.
