Supply Planning and Inventory Management Specialist

Aquent Talent is seeking a Supply Planning and Inventory Management Specialist to optimize inventory and ensure on-time support for our creative, marketing, and digital client projects. In this role, you will build and maintain supply and inventory plans, analyze demand signals, and align closely with sales, recruiting, and operations teams. You will monitor stock levels, lead times, and KPIs to prevent shortages and overstock, leveraging ERP/planning tools to keep data accurate.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain supply and inventory plans to meet client demand across projects and regions.
• Monitor stock levels, lead times, and usage trends to prevent stockouts and excess inventory.
• Analyze data to improve forecast accuracy and inform supply planning decisions.
• Collaborate with sales, recruiting, and operations to align supply plans with active and upcoming client needs.
• Manage ERP/MRP and planning tools to keep inventory and demand data accurate and current.
• Track KPIs such as fill rates, inventory turns, and service levels and recommend improvements.
• Identify and mitigate supply risks, capacity constraints, and fulfillment issues.
• Prepare reports and present insights to leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
